What is the Return Policy?

We offer a 365-day return policy, from the date of sale.

If your urn arrives and you decide it is not right for your needs, you may return it. We will refund the purchase price of the item minus a 15% restocking fee. Refunds may take up to two weeks.

If your urn arrives damaged, contact us immediately, and we will arrange to send a new urn straightaway.

We cannot return custom-made or engraved urns. If your urn has an error, such as a spelling inaccuracy, we will ship you a replacement urn immediately. Please notify us with a picture or description of the error.
