What are my Shipping Options?

Standard & Express Shipping Policies

All orders placed in the United States can receive free shipping. Engraving does not delay the order’s shipment. If you select free shipping, expect the package to arrive in 7-10 business days after the order is complete. Deliveries will arrive on business days only.

Express Shipping Policies

We offer three expedited shipping options. You may select Next Day Air Saver, 2-Day Air, and 3-Day Air shipping.

Any U.S. order placed by 12:00 noon PST will ship on the same day. If the order is placed after 12:00 noon PST, it will ship the next day.

All orders deliver on business days only. You might be eligible for Saturday delivery. But you must call us to request this option, as it is only available by phone.

Special Orders

Fully customized items such as 3D and laser printed urns require a larger window of time. This is because our custom urns are made to order, and we start the process after finalizing the design with you.
