Other international customers have two ways to make your choices and pay for your order:

Our staff takes great care to be sure each order is inspected and packed well. This is where we have passed your order into the delivery company's hands. Tracking is sent to the email address on the order.

Please do not forget that duty may be a required fee to customs in your country. We have no control over what is charged for duty and expect our clients to know what to expect.

If your order is being shipped to Australia or the UK we may expect 75.00 to 95.00USD shipping fees for an adult-sized urn. Jewelry and keepsakes can be anywhere from 25.00 to 40.00USD and baby urns 45.00 to 50.00USD. Two adult urns or art urns can run 180.00 to 200.00USD.

You will be contacted and fully aware of how your package will ship, so you can gauge the time in which you will receive it. There is no free shipping outside the continental USA.

Lifetime Warranty ~ Return Policy

In The Light Urns has a 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE on all items sold: urns, keepsakes and jewelry.
If the urn has arrived and you decide you do not want it for whatever reason, return it to our address below. Include a copy of your original invoice that was emailed to you. You will receive a refund for the sale price minus a 15% restocking or $10.00, whichever is greater.

Refunds can take up to two weeks. Terms and conditions apply for our Lifetime Warranty, please call for details.

Our staff takes great care to be sure that each order is inspected and packed well, as we pass your order into the hands of the United States Postal Service or UPS for delivery.

Tracking is sent to the email address on your order. Occasionally an item can arrive damaged. If this happens contact us at In The Light Urns immediately, and we will arrange for a new urn to be shipped to you.

Engraved and custom urns cannot be returned.
