The Picture Medallion Urn Name Plates are a beautiful way to personalize any vase style urn. This name plate includes an uploaded picture of your loved one and three lines of personalized engraving. You also have the option of adding a Swarovski birthstone, as well as a passing stone on either side of the chain for a personal touch. The chain has an adjustable lobster claw clasp in the back to fill any vase style urn. Urns are usually brass, pewter, metal, glass, raku or ceramic.

The Picture Medallion Urn Name Plates - Birth & Passing Stone Option measures 2 3/4" wide x 1 3/8" tall and is a genuine pewter with a photo plate insert.
Engraving Details:
The name plate can accommodate up to 3 lines of engraving. The letters appear clear and striking in a Times Roman black font. The name will be larger than any other engraving on the plate. Here is an example of what we can engrave:
