The Crystal Heart Urn & Photo Medallion Christmas Ornament is a Memorial Christmas tree ornament urn for ashes and includes a ball chain to hang on a tree or rearview mirror. Ashes go in the heart urn and you will receive a fill kit. Includes a free photo on the front and personalized imprinting on the reverse side of the medallion. The heart inscription reads "Always on Mind, Forever in my Heart".
Size & Measurements:
The Crystal Heart Urn & Photo Medallion Christmas Ornament measures approximately 7" in length. The heart urn is 1 1/4" tall and the photo medallion is 2" tall. The cross holds a pinch of ashes and a fill kit and instructions are included. This ornament comes in a Black Pouch.
Engraving Details:
