Shown are S for Sandra, as the brass plate memorializes, L for Lynn and P for Powell. If you have 2 initails we can place an alternate block side with a nursery animal facing out, or place just two on the urn.

At the end of the check-out is a note box for you to indicate what you would like to have engraved on the free name plate, or call 800-757-3488 for personalized service. This urn can accommodate a child weighting up to 50 lbs. and is 50 cubic inches. The Infant Block Urn measures 6 1/2" x 6 1/2" x 6 1/8" tall.
